Dear Church Leaders, OKDHS, and County Agency Staff,

THE April  GATHERING for Woodward County will be held at Cedar Heights Elementary. Lunch will be provided. We are thankful for all the hard work and dedication Raquel Razien, our 111Project Community Coordinator, has put into developing Woodward County. She is creating a solid network for our churches to meet the needs of Woodward County foster/adoptive/biological families.  I am so thankful for the team’s networking and for making this happen.  To make the event a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that all agency workers and church leaders register as soon as possible.
IF YOU ARE BRINGING A GUEST WHO NEEDS TO BE REGISTERED, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THIS  NUMBER ON THE LAST LINE OF YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. By registering, you will help our host church adequately prepare to serve lunch and enable the 111Project to have enough handout materials for each person attending.
