We are excited about the upcoming official Cotton County Care Portal Launch with OKDHS. CarePortal is an initiative of 111Project brought to connect the faith community to local children and families in need. Local agency partners like OKDHS identify children and families who need assistance and allow those in the faith community to help through the local churches! More than 50 counties have launched, and more than 600 churches are now using CarePortal in Oklahoma to see child advocate/agency requests. Please register each person attending so we have enough food, space and materials available: Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 Time: 11:30 am-1:00 pm Location: Union Valley Baptist Church 189028 US-277 Randlett, OK 73562 If your church has NOT enrolled in CarePortal and would like to be an active part of the launch of this ministry, please click here to learn more and register. To enroll and be an active member is easy. You only have to be willing to be a church that receives an e-mail when a caseworker sees a family close to your church in need. This is an opportunity to minister to children and families in crisis in your community!
Hey, come join the OKDHS, the Church, and community members at the Seminole County Community Gathering, where we celebrate what we have done and plan for what else we can do for the community.
Join us for a collaboration of church and agency leaders connected through CarePortal with the mission of serving kids and families in our community! Community Gatherings are table conversations where we discuss open opportunities to serve, ideas for deeper engagement and helpful connections and resourcing among friends.
