We are excited about the upcoming official Southwest 5 County CarePortal Launch with OKDHS. This launch will include churches, organizations, and leaders from Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa, and Tillman Counties. CarePortal is a care-sharing platform launched by 111Project and brought to connect the faith community to local children and families in need. Local agency partners like OKDHS identify children and families who need assistance and allow those in the faith community to help through the local churches! 111Project is excited to see the launch of the CarePortal platform in these Southwestern 5 Oklahoma Counties! Statewide, the launch of these counties will bring 65 total counties, 700 churches, and more than 100 agency partners that are now using CarePortal in Oklahoma to see child advocate/agency requests. The address is  517 9th Street. Alva, OK, 73717 These Community Gatherings are essential in fostering collaboration and support among the faith community and local agencies. The heart of 111Project is mobilizing the local church to respond to these needs. By making local churches aware of the needs within our community, we create an avenue for ministering and supporting families in crisis.

Lunch will be provided. We are thankful for all the hard work and dedication Raquel Razien, our 111Project Community Coordinator, has put into developing Woodward County. She is creating a solid network for our churches to meet the needs of Woodward County foster/adoptive/biological families.  I am so thankful for the team's networking and for making this happen.  To make the event a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that all agency workers and church leaders register as soon as possible. REGISTER FOR CUSTER COUNTY Community Meeting Dear Church Leaders, OKDHS, and County Agency Staff, We are delighted to announce that our community coordinator, Kalie Kerth, has scheduled a Community Gathering for Custer County. First Baptist Church will be our host this month. The address is 1510 E. Davis Ave, Weatherford, OK. Lunch will be provided! The heart of 111Project is mobilizing the local church to respond to these needs. By making local churches aware of the needs within our community, we create an avenue for ministering and supporting families in crisis. Custer County has seven churches enrolled in CarePortal. Since our launch in March 2023, these churches have met over 21 requests from Custer County agency workers. These answered requests have served 61 children in your community by the churches and community responders in Custer County for an economic impact of $29.688.00

We are delighted to announce that our First Community Gathering for Blaine County has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 1st. The Northwest Revival Center of Okeen, OK, has graciously volunteered to host the event. The heart of 111Project is mobilizing the local church. By making local churches aware of our community's needs, we create an avenue for ministering to and supporting families in crisis. Blaine County has six churches enrolled in CarePortal: New Life Church, Hydro, OK; Plesant Valley Mennonite Church, Hydro, OK; NW Revival Center, Okeene; Okeen Methodist Church; Zion Baptist Church, Okeene, OK; and First Baptist Church of Okeene, OK. These churches are meeting requests placed by OKDHS and agency workers. These answered requests have served 12 children in your community for an economic impact of more than $3,808.00  by the churches and community responders using CarePortal in Blaine County. How can you help? Once a church is aware of a family's needs, the opportunity to minister to them becomes a reality. Through the support and generosity of the faith community, families can find hope, healing, and comfort in their neighborhoods.
