Southwest 5 County CarePortal Launch

We are excited about the upcoming official Southwest 5 County CarePortal Launch with OKDHS. This launch will include churches, organizations, and leaders from Jackson, Greer, Harmon, Kiowa, and Tillman Counties. CarePortal is a care-sharing platform launched by 111Project and brought to connect the faith community to local children and families in need. Local agency partners like OKDHS identify children and families who need assistance and allow those in the faith community to help through the local churches! 111Project is excited to see the launch of the CarePortal platform in these Southwestern 5 Oklahoma Counties! Statewide, the launch of these counties will bring 65 total counties, 700 churches, and more than 100 agency partners that are now using CarePortal in Oklahoma to see child advocate/agency requests.
