For most of us, 2020 will be a year we always remember. Even during COVID-19, we have seen you recruit foster families, care better for your congregations, and continue to grow a network of care that can more sustainably change the child welfare system. Together we continue to see a change in the world of foster care.
2020 has been an extremely difficult year for so many. This year, we have all personally been touched by new realities. Whether it be racial injustice, socio-economic pressures, health challenges, or even great loss, we all can more closely relate to the trials that impact the families we serve. For isolated children and families in crisis, this year has made their vulnerabilities much worse.
Be encouraged, the church is responding and engaging more than ever. Your support is growing a network of over 300 churches in 23 Oklahoma counties.
Looking forward, the mission remains clear to mobilize the local church in all 77 counties. We know this will continue to build the network of care that can support our state’s child welfare system. We would love to have you even more involved in 2021!
Sincerely
Chris Campbell

Since 2011, 111Project has partnered with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to create better pathways for you and your church to make a difference. From recruiting and supporting foster families to helping support a biological mom in the process of reunification on CarePortal, you are making an “otherworldly” difference. 111Project has a vision of seeing 1000 churches mobilized to support children and families across the state of Oklahoma. Hear from state leaders about how you are making a difference!
